Peter Kirby These thermals are exactly what they say on the tin. They are an excellent thick warm quality, but should only be worn in very cold weather outside. You will instantly be really hot if you are inside anywhere that is at all warm. My criticism is that unfortuntely the material is not breathable at all. Sadly, therefore, I do not think they are suitable for any active sport like skiing or cycling for example.
