For our customers in the UK, we primarily dispatch orders via Royal Mail. However, larger items may be dispatched using DPD or UPS. We choose the most appropriate courier for your order to ensure that it arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

For our customers in the EU, we have a duty paid solution in place, which means that EU VAT is paid at the checkout and is inclusive in the price. This ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your order will arrive without any additional charges or fees.

For all other international orders, we use UPS and DPD. These orders have UK VAT deducted at the checkout, but they may be subject to import taxes and duties upon arrival. We recommend that you check with your local authority before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Please note that all international orders require a telephone number for the couriers. If you do not provide a telephone number at the time of purchase, we will contact you to obtain one to ensure that your order is delivered smoothly.
